Chateau de Vizille is one of the most prestigious castles of Dauphiné region of France. It is situated a few kilometers away from Grenoble, and was build by Francoise de Bonne at the beginning of 17th century. In the 18th century was used as a meeting point for the architects of the French Revolution, this being the reason why today it hosts the Museum of French Revolution. The chateau was surround by extended hunting grounds, now used as park.
