Binnenhof (meaning in dutch "inner court") is a complex of buildings in The Hague, Netherlands. This complex hosts the Dutch parliament since 1446, being the political center of the country. Encircled by different structures of Binnenhof, the Ridderzall ("Knight's Hall" in translation) is the focal point of the inner court of the Binnenhof. The impressive building build in the 13th century is used since 1904 for official receptions and the opening festivity of the parliamentary session. Editorial image.
