Collection of imagery from Italy. At the current stage covers mostly Piedmont, Tuscany and Liguria, but hopefuly will be extended in the future. During Easter 2011, a road-trip through Tuscany produced most of the current collection.
Palazzo Publico (Town hall) of Siena, Tuscany, Italy and is bell tower (Torre del Mangia) dominate the impressive Piazza del Campo. The historic center of Siena was declared a Unesco World Heritage site as a very well preserved medieval town. The Palio di Siena (a famous horse race) is held twice a year in this square. Wide angle HDR composition at twilight time.
