A holiday spent together with my family in Puerto de Mogan at the beginning of 2011 produced some great imagery from the tropical island of Gran Canaria, a popular winter retreat for europeans. More images are in the processing queue...
El Faro de Malpalomas is a 65m lighthouse buildin in 1886 at the southest point of Gran Canaria Island, Spain. Today Maspalomas is a popular resort town, featuring a protected reserve of sand dunes which meets the ocean along a lovely beach (from where the picture was taken). Sunset scene surprised using HDR technique.
