Wide angle view of Columbus House (Case de Colon) in the historic quarter Vegueta in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. The house (or better named - the palace) was the residence of the first governors of the island and it is claimed that Christopher Columbus stay here in 1492 on his way to discover America. Today it is open to the public as a museum dedicated to exploration and history of the Canary Islands. HDR image.
